IMPREGNANT OF THE BEST BRILLANTE ADATTO FOR "Shou Sugi Ban"
ELE SHOU Pro
Impressive with brightly colored water, suitable for the Japanese technique Shou Sugi Ban.
First of all, it must be said that the wood to be treated must already be in the form of use and must already have the necessary measures; If, for example, in the assembly the boards are to be shortened, it is necessary to be able to carry out treatment even at the truncated edge, using the same method.
To better control the extent of the charring and ensure that it is evenly distributed, the use of a tank with GPL gas cylinder, such as those used to weld oil sheaths in the construction sector, is widespread. The wood should be blackened completely, but if you do not expressly want to achieve the "coal" effect, according to experts, a thin surface layer is enough to ensure the strength of the wood.
To continue with the Shou Sugi Ban technique, the detachment layer of the charring should be removed with an iron brush and then a brush or plastic.
It follows the washing of the axes with running water, to remove all residue from the ravines.
